✓ Technical Issues: If Driver Talent fails to function as advertised after troubleshooting with our support team.
✓ Duplicate Purchases: Accidental multiple purchases of the same license.
✓ Non-Delivery: If you don't receive your license key within 24 hours of purchase.

Note: Refunds are not provided for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to meet system requirements (listed on our website)
• Partial use of the software (e.g., used for 1 month of a 1-year license)

2. Refund Timeframe

• All refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days (timing depends on your payment method).

3. How We Use Your Information

Go to the refund request page to submit a request or email to support@drivertalent.com

4. License Deactivation

Upon refund approval:
• Your license key will be deactivated
• You must uninstall Driver Talent or stop using the Pro features

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to:
• Deny refunds for abuse (e.g., frequent refund requests)
• Offer alternative solutions (e.g., extended license, troubleshooting)
