1. Is Driver Talent free?

Driver Talent offers both Free and Pro (Paid) versions:
Free Version: Basic features like driver scanning, downloading, and backup.
Pro Version:: Unlocks advanced features, such as batch driver installation, offline driver download, and priority tech support.

2. What is the difference among 1-Month Plan, 1-Year Plan and Lifetime Plan?

Driver Talent offers three license plans: The 1-Month Plan provides full Pro features and is valid for 30 days from purchase, ideal for temporary needs. The 1-Year Plan offers annual driver updates and support, valid for 365 days from activation. The Lifetime Plan grants permanent access with a single payment, including all future updates - the best choice for long-term users.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, checks, PayPal, Money Orders and Wire Transfers. You can choose to pay by check or Money Order or Wire Transfer on the payment page.

4. How to determine whether my order is processed successfully?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your receipt, license code, and other important details. Typically, this email arrives within one hour, confirming your order has been successfully processed. If you don't receive it within this time frame, please contact our support team. We'll verify your order status and promptly resend the confirmation email once confirmed.

5. Can I use Driver Talent on multiple computers with one license

The code for 1 PC can be associated with only one PC. The code for multiple PCs can be associated with multiple PCs. For example, if you buy the 1-year plan for 3 PCs, then you can activate the code on 3 PCs.

6. Can I transfer the code to another PC?

If you have activated the code on your PC, then you can't transfer the code to another PC as you have reached the quantity limit of your license. However, if you have discarded the old machine and need to use Driver Talent Pro on a new computer, you can contact us for help.

7. What if Driver Talent doesn't fix my driver issue?
